La plus belle dame de France

A DISNEY GIRL FOR EVERY NATION is a series I invented thinking about Disney movie settings and characters' nationalities. I decided to represent every Disney girl with a typical costume of her nation and the corresponding flag on the background. Nationalities are based on movies, and when the settings isn't mentioned (like in the Little Mermaid or in Snow White) I considered the author's birthplace (Andersen from Denmark and The Brothers Grimm from Germany).

Here Belle is represented as a XVIII century lady, with a typical ball gown ladies frequently wore in the royal courts
